• Reminder content:The text of reminders you create (e.g., "Pick up kids at 3:30 PM"). Used to compose the SMS message sent to your phone.
• Account information: Email address and display name used for authentication and personalization.

How We Use Your Phone Number

Your phone number is used exclusively to:

• Send SMS reminder notifications that you have explicitly created
• Deliver time-sensitive alerts related to your scheduled tasks

We do not use your phone number for marketing, promotions, advertising, or any purpose other than delivering reminders you requested.

SMS Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on how many reminders you create. You will only receive SMS messages for reminders you explicitly set. Message and data rates may apply.

Third-Party Services

Opting Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from Cary
• Removing your phone number from your account profile

Data Retention

Your phone number is stored in your account profile until you remove it. Reminder content is retained as part of your account history. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
