Program Description

Cary sends SMS reminder notifications to help you stay on top of tasks and appointments. Messages are sent only for reminders you explicitly create within the Cary app.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the number of reminders you create. You control when and how often you receive messages.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-In & Consent

By adding your phone number in your Cary account profile, you consent to receive SMS reminder notifications from Cary. You may opt in by texting START to our messaging number.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message from Cary for support information, or contact us at dusty@fieldelevate.com.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Cary. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You can also remove your phone number from your account profile in the Cary app.

Privacy

Your phone number and reminder content are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS delivery is provided by Twilio. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
